Greg has over 30 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, beginning his career as the Assistant General Manager of Yorkdale Shopping Centre in 1990. Throughout the course of his career, he has held various management and director of leasing positions with companies including Trilea, Council Management, and RioCan REIT.  During this period Greg played an integral role in the redevelopment of enclosed and strip retail centres repositioning the assets from their tired state to become dominant retail destinations in their respective communities. Greg was also directly involved in the financing and eventual disposition of the assets. Greg’s extensive experience in management proved to lay a solid foundation and deep understanding of the principals of all aspects of commercial real estate. Some of these notable projects include the pre and post development leasing for Riocan Centre Burloak, Riocan Centre Milton as well as involvement in the initial planning of the redevelopment of Riocan’s Yonge Eglinton Centre.

Greg left the corporate world in 2008 to follow his entrepreneurial passion and pursue an opportunity in the brokerage community. In 2012 he formed Clearstream Commercial Real Estate and has continued servicing clients all aspects of commercial real estate. Greg’s list of clients range from small to institutional and national landlords, tenants and investors in the retail, industrial and office sectors and have confidently relied on Greg to consistently deliver results. Greg takes pride in his “client first” beliefs and instills those values on Clearstream team. Derek's passion for commercial real estate began while working for a brokerage part time while attending McMaster University. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Geography and Communications, Derek achieved his real estate license and pursued a career as a sales representative in the commercial real estate industry.

In 2012, Derek Co-founded Clearstream Commercial Real Estate and has continued his career as a licensed Realtor with a focus on commercial real estate. In his 10+ years as a Sales Representative, Derek has completed many transactions on behalf of his retailer tenant clients and on behalf landlords, buyers, and sellers. With a client-first approach, Derek takes a detailed and personable approach to every transaction to ensure his clients understanding and set-up for success. 

Jaimie joined the retail real estate industry in 2008 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts, Honours from McMaster University. Jaimie was fortunate to begin her career working directly for national landlords, where she was able to gain experience and knowledge in many facets of the shopping centre industry. Jaimie became a licensed Sales Representative in 2012 and is currently active in both tenant and landlord representation, where she enjoys working with national and local retailers and businesses.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in the Canadian Shopping Centre Industry specializing in commercial leasing. He has worked as Vice President of Leasing for Juno Developments & Counsel Corp. and successfully leased portfolio’s which included up to 15 properties, in A, B & C class centres with over 1.9 million square feet. Michael has consistently exceeded industry standards in maintaining high occupancy levels throughout his career and retains an extensive network of contacts with national retailers as well as numerous ties to independent operators throughout Canada. Michael has a history of closing on leasing opportunities that address the needs of the specific property with reference to tenant mix, merchandising plans, attraction of quality new tenants and with an emphasis on increasing centre traffic.

Michael specializes in the following product; Grocery Anchored Strip Plazas,  Enclosed Malls, Power Centres, unanchored CRU Strips, Life Style Centres, remerchandising existing anchor space and has excelled in Greenfield new build development sites. Michael also provides extensive expertise on retail site selection and continues to represent several branded Retailers.

He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Geography from the University of Regina and later completed a Post-Graduate Diploma with Honours in Human Resource Management from Seneca College.

Mark has over 30 years experience in the commercial real estate business across the country, specializing in enclosed and strip centre leasing. Before joining Clearstream 5 years ago, he worked for 3 of Canada’s top developers and managers including Burnac Leaseholds, O&Y Properties and Bentall Kennedy.

Mark started his career with Burnac Leaseholds where he was involved with the opening of 14 shopping centres in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes in leasing and property management roles.

In 1994 he was appointed Vice President of retail leasing for O&Y Properties responsible for the leasing activities of 25 properties across Canada including all budgetary responsibilities, management of a leasing team of 10 people and reporting to various third-party owners, asset managers and funds. In May of 2005 Mark joined Bentall Kennedy where he was responsible for the leasing and reporting to asset managers for a portfolio of enclosed and strip shopping centres totalling over 2 million square feet.
